Executive director

Dr. Kodak is a licensed psychologist, licensed behavior analyst, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She started working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder more than 25 years ago while earning her bachelor’s degree in San Diego, CA. Dr. Kodak obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at North Dakota State University and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Louisiana State University. Thereafter, she completed an internship at the Marcus Autism Center and her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute. Dr. Kodak was formerly the Director of the Early Intervention program at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, an Associate Professor and Director of School Psychology at the University of Oregon, and an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee before joining the faculty at Marquette University.

Marisa McKee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who completed her masters degree at Marquette University in 2019 under the mentorship of Dr. Tiffany Kodak. She began working with children with autism spectrum disorder in 1997 as an undergraduate student at St. Norbert College. She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2003, was a founding member of the Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis in 2004, and has participated in the statewide advancement of the field. Recent projects compared motor movement observation and imitation to develop improved echoic responding and evaluated embedding secondary targets to increase intraverbal-tacts of categories. Her clinical interests include the implementation of efficient and effective procedures related to skill acquisition, verbal behavior, and supervision. In her free time, she enjoys the idea of being active, mostly through cheering on her husband and son’s hurling efforts, but sometimes by playing Gaelic football with her daughter.

Megan Harper, Ph.D., BCBA

Supervisor

Megan is an assistant supervisor at the CLASS Clinic and a Clinical Instructor at Marquette University. Megan completed her master’s degree in behavior analysis from Western Michigan University and her doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis from University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her research interests include verbal behavior, supervision, and compassionate care practices in applied behavior analytic services. She enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her family and her dog, Maizey.
