Doctoral Students

 

Jessi Reidy, MS, BCBA

Jessi is a fourth-year doctoral student who completed her masters degree in Psychology-Applied Behavior Analysis at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is currently working on an investigation to assess how to best train parents to visually analyze information from graphically-depicted data. Her research interests include error-correction procedures, supervision and feedback, and verbal behavior. She plans on working in academia or clinical settings after completing her PhD. She enjoys drinking extensive amounts of coffee and game nights with her friends. 


Landon cowan, MA, BCBA

Landon is a third-year doctoral student who completed his master's degree in behavior analysis at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. His thesis focused on developing and evaluating a decision-making tool to guide clinicians in their selection and implementation of various prompting strategies with their learners. He is currently evaluating a problem-solving model to apply when clients encounter barriers to learning. He is also investigating the development and training of professional and clinical skills for behavior analysts. His research interests include caregiver, staff, and teacher training, joint control, skill-acquisition procedures, and verbal behavior. He enjoys finding ways to stay active with his partner to feel less guilty about eating the many wonderful forms of cheese Milwaukee has to offer.
